AP Accountant with German
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor our Client, the world’s leading company from energy sector, we are currently looking for German speaking accounting specialist for positions of AP Accountant with German
Responsibilities ( AP process):
- Process PO and non-PO invoices and Credit Notes
- Process Debit Notes for Suppliers
- Perform Vendor statement reconciliation
- Perform control of import invoices with other supporting documentations (i.e. custom declarations, documents from bank, internal reports etc.)
- Perform Debit Balance control and GR/IR account reconciliation
- Perform other AP reports and control activities
We are looking for:
- At least good knowledge of German language (from B2 level on)
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an asset.
- At least 1 year experience in accounting ( AP/AR )
- Excellent team working skills.
- Openness for continuous improvement (willing to address innovative ideas, open to feedback)
