For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accounting Process Leader with German.
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Acting as SME in the process
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Requirements:
- 2- 3 years of experience in one of the departments AP/AR/GL
- Very good German and English
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
