Looking for more than a traditional internship? Join a 18‑month, AI NextGen Program designed for top students who want to work on real business challenges, use AI and data as everyday tools, and take true ownership from day one.
This is not a shadowing or learning‑only program. Each intern leads ambitious business projects with defined deliverables — delivering measurable value across rotations.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver real business projects with clear scope, ownership, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Use data, AI, and automation to analyze problems, improve processes, and support better decisions.
- Design and test process improvements, automations, dashboards, and practical solutions .
- Work closely with business leaders, experts, and cross‑functional teams during three 8‑month rotations.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and implemented improvements.
- Take responsibility for outcomes, learn from feedback, and continuously improve your ways of working.

Our requirements:
We are looking for top young talents genuinely passionate about AI, data, and process design, who want to apply these tools to solve real business problems.
- Availability to commit min. 3–4 days per week for a 18‑month, rotation‑based program.
- Fluent English (minimum B2), enabling work with documentation, stakeholders, and AI tools.
- Demonstrated, hands‑on interest in AI / GenAI and automation, evidenced by at least one of the following: personal, academic or business projects using AI or data; building automations, analyses, dashboards, or AI‑supported workflows; regular, intentional use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, low‑code / no‑code tools) to improve efficiency or quality of work.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking; comfort working with structured and semi‑structured data.
- Practical skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data cleaning, structuring information).
- Nice to have (any of): Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, automation or low‑code tools
- Natural inclination to identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows, and design better ways of working.
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Openness to feedback, willingness to iterate, and ability to support recommendations with data and logic.
- Strong collaboration skills and maturity to work with experienced managers and cross‑functional teams.
