In order to support our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Witholding Tax Specialist to join the Tax Department (Withholding Tax Team).

In order to support our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Witholding Tax Specialist to join the Tax Department (Withholding Tax Team).
Your task and responsibilities:
- submission of requested fund- and tax-related documents to the responsible Custodians
- liaising with external parties (KVG, custodians) and teams internally at UI to complete tax-related activities
- single point of contact for auditing firms
- responsible for all expert questions regarding withholding tax
- preparation and completion of US FATCA/CRS documentation
- preparation and submittion of ECJ-Claims in several countries and follow ups
- involvement in process improvement and automation projects
- review of all invoices received from tax consultants
- supervision of the reinvestment fund assets
