- at least 1 year experience in infrastructure, network or application-level
- interests in the area of NICE voice solutions
- experience with SQL scripting
- experience working with Windows servers (any version)
- fluent English written and spoken
- consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication and prioritization skills.
