Requirements:

  • Project management experience of 5 years or more
  • Highly experienced in the management and delivery of digital experiences
  • A champion and awareness of best practices in data, UX, design and technical delivery to enable best in class products for .com, app and D2C clients
  • Evidence of delivering large/ complex digital products, apps, .com solutions for D2C clients as a senior PM
  • Experienced in delivering in an Agile DSDM or Scrum environment
  • Experienced working in a UX focused team - Research, Workshops, Prototype development, User testing
  • Experienced in working with Data as the source to a solution
  • Experienced in managing projects from start to completion within JIRA and Confluence
  • Client facing and presentation building skills - ability to articulate a plan and approach is essential
  • Experience with the Adobe Adobe tech stack (Target, AEM, Analytics) is preferred
  • Strong IT/ Technical skills (as well as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Project, JIRA, Adobe creative suite) - You are comfortable with data/ infrastructure/ back-end web technologies
  • Possess commercial acumen, can make decisions based on financial impact

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, shape and manage multiple large & small concurrent UX & technical projects aligned to data insights and recommendations
  • Work with our client to inform and shape the roadmap, prioritising effective work into the team that drives and meets business KPI"s
  • Drive the effective management of the backlog items, planning and controlling of sprints, impact and challenges, supporting Client in delivering the most effective solutions
  • Provide comprehensive clear communication and ceremony management to ensure transparency, quality assurance, and clear management
  • Manage communication between key stakeholders - client, suppliers, European business units, HQ and internal teams where necessary
  • Responsible for project budget ownership and management, providing regular reporting to clients and internal teams
  • Develop and own key project articles: Project plans, budgets, utilisation reports, SoW, sprint, risk and issue logs
  • Evaluate, coordinate and align with the team to assure quality and approach is managed to acceptance criteria and project expectations
  • Turn clients" requirements into detailed stories and scopes of work where appropriate
  • Be a source of support for team members, responsible for ensuring the correct end to end process is followed and team members are engaged in solutions
  • Forecast, plot and book the appropriate resources necessary to deliver to the project and roadmap
  • Able to challenge how we approach a brief, find solutions and communicate in a clear and concise manner to internal teams and clients
  • Using your experience in collaborative working methods, unite the team in working sessions, retrospective, product demos and ideation sprints to further enhance the way we work and our enjoyment of what we do best
  • Assist the functional/ team management and clients by providing project status and advice
  • Work with teams to assure quality and reviews are conducted with discipline leads
  • Delivery, Data, Strategy, UX, Design, Technical and Publishing
