Responsibilities:
- Customer business problem discovery and analysis,
- Use case storyboarding and user experience design and definition,
- Design technical solution and strategy,
- Testing solutions with pilot customers to gain user feedback/acceptance,
- Deliver demos and workshops around the solutions,
- Assist with conducting proof of concepts and pilot implementations with customers,
- Provide product and technical feedback to engineering to address gaps,
- Collaborate with your teammates to define new delivery practices and methods to innovate with new solution areas and scale your efforts,
- Create compelling video and other types assets to evangelize solutions,
- Enable other technical resources (customer engineers, professional services and customer success) with our packaged solutions to reach more customers
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience,
- Experience working within the technology and cloud computing market,
- 4+ years of experience serving in the capacity of a UX Designer preferably in a cloud computing environment, or in a customer-facing role,
- Highly experienced in leading client-facing UX design engagements using industry UX frameworks and methodologies (such as Design thinking),
- Can define new themes and narratives based on customer needs and product go-to-market strategies,
- Can lead design for emotional engagement with the audience and successful product/solution adoption,
- Design thinking thought leader around building new and frictionless user experiences and interactions using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools
