On behalf of our Client, global, well-known and prestigious banking organization, we are looking for the Candidates to hold the position of Training Specialist to join Worker On-Boarding team based in Warsaw.
On this position you will develop the training programs and provide a continuous improvement in this subject, also you will discuss training needs with Managers and define the timeframes. Moreover, you will act as a liaison between the office and the end-workers. If necessary, you will coach other training professionals and conduct training sessions.
We are looking for the Candidates with a knowledge of training methodology and technology with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is a must. Besides, person on this position should demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to learn new systems fast.
