Treasury Services Analyst
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, existing SSC on Poznań market, we are looking for candidates for the position of Treasury Services Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support the global bank administration process, including oversight of the opening, closing, and maintaining of services for global bank accounts
- Act as security administrator for global bank account platforms and review the reporting on access rights to these systems in conjunction with the Treasury Operations Managers
- Shared ownership of the global bank account database, including accounts, documentation and signatories. Ensure integrity of bank account data and compliance with company’s bank account administration policy
- Lead routine bank account audits for bank accounts that are controlled locally (i.e. not managed by Treasury).
- Support the selection and implementation of a new bank account repository
- Help streamlining the bank acct admin across the various banking providers
- Manage active dialogue with Treasury Services Team in the US and Asia
- Serve as principle coordinator for all global Treasury process documentation as well as provide direct support for Treasury Operations Managers on developing and publishing global process documentation
- Provide support for the internal and external audit process, as needed
- Monitor the relevant Treasury Documentation (procedures and work instructions) to ensure compliance and report process changes to ensure these remain accurate
- Interface with the Treasury Operations Managers, IT, Legal, Controlling, GPS, Tax, Disbursements and other Treasury groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance
- Knowledge of banking and experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably SAP Treasury
- Fluent English language skills, other language skills are preferred
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail
- Able to work under pressure in a company with an international culture
