 Job Description:

● Provide English - Polish translation for People team across a range of formats
● Timely and accurate translation of People team documents including but not limited to policy, learning materials, email communications, internal communications
● Ensure all necessary documents are accurately translated
● Provide verbal interpretation at meetings, workshops, presentations, events
● Provide ad-hoc translation support when critical meetings require translation
● Contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness by suggesting more streamlined and innovative ways of working.
● Provide advice on audience tailoring and points of grammar/style for translation and messaging
● Edit documents for style, logical flow and impact
● Coordinating and coaching freelance interpreters, if required

Requirements:

● Relevant degree, diploma or qualification in linguistics and translation (English,Polish)
● Fluent in English and Polish
● A keen eye for detail and able to consistently produce high quality work
● Good time management and organisational skills
● Highly adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
● Positive working attitude and an effective team player
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
