On behalf of our Client, international company providing cashless payment solutions, we are currently looking for a person to fill the position of a Transition Manager (SAP).
Your new role
The company is currently facing a SAP implementation in it's Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Additionally there is a need to effectively transfer and stabilise various processes to be centralised in Warsaw from around the Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, etc.). The Transition Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the system implementation and transition processes with cooperation with IT team, functional managers and the main office based in Switzerland.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with significant experience of approximately 5-7 years, gained in a large, international organisations, preferably also being involved in transition or implementation processes. Knowledge of lean management methods will be a strong asset. Because this is an international role we expect candidate to present fluent English language skills and also German will be an asset in communication with the head office. We are interested in candidates with strong leadership and organisational skills, able to communicate effectively and to resolve complex problems in cooperation with other people involved.
