Transformation Lead

As a part of People@ISS team, you will be globally leading digital transformation. You will be responsible for implementation of SAP Success Factors Recruiting in 35 countries all over the world. 

As a Transformation Lead, you will we responsible for:

- establishing network of transformation experts in local countries 
- establish and execute plans for communication, change, training
- drive train-the-trainer approach
- empowering local transformation experts
- driving adoption of People@ISS
- establishing stakeholder mapping, communication plan, change plan etc.
- indirectly managing a network of transformation experts in local offices

You will be cooperating with local transformation experts and entire project team on People@ISS (product owner, project manager or functional lead)

As an ideal candidate you will have:
- experience with large scale global IT implementations in global organisations
- previous experience with communication, training and change in global IT implementations
- experience with SaaS implementations would be a plus
- experience with HR Transformation would be a plus
