Transaction Control Senior Specialist

Securities Services Operations (SSO) is a global unit that is responsible for all securities account services and fund accounting related functions.
Position is connected to trade processing in Fund Accouting, supporting Dublin clients. This job includes processing and control of transactions on capital and derivative markets.
Responsibilities:
- Inputs into accounting system all trading activity of portfolio managers together with other events typical for investment fund, making sure they are properly reflected on asset and liability accounts
- Performs and provides support to all operational processes and clients
- Understands, follows and updates (if necessary) the procedures and controls
- Participates into UAT implementation and training activities
- Properly monitors errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies and suggests recommendations to correct errors
- Takes part in BAU reports and projects
- Supports process improvements solutions with the team/area
Requirements:
- Proven very good command of English
- Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferred in Accounting or Economics
- 6 months plus experience in accounting or banking back office
- Good general knowledge of capital markets terminologies
- Accuracy in daily job
- Flexibility and readiness to absorb knowledge
