The role
Conducting basic training and induction courses as the main function of their job. In a large geography will be responsible for conducting and organising training courses (unlikely to include senior management training), induction courses. Alternatively, in diverse geographies may be involved in course coordination and resourcing provision for all training needs. May also be involved in training needs analysis and the identification/evaluation of external courses.
Key accountabilities
•Works with SMEs to identify new training requirements
• Administers technical training • Implements and coordinates training and course selections
• Monitor training programs and future needs in line with guidelines and requirements and within control and efficiency objectives
• Designs and develop training programs and materials
• Delivers train the trainer sessions across the function as required
• Monitors effectiveness of training and make recommendations for any improvements / additional interventions required
• Collaborates with communications links to ensure users / impacted groups are prepared for any new solutions that are deployed across the function
• Develops and implements evaluation to check effectiveness of training and takes action to ensure continuous improvement Skills & experience Essential:
• University Degree
• Experienced in use of a variety of software / systems Desirable:
• Proficiency in other languages
• Experience of writing training materials
• Experience of delivering training (virtual and face to face) across global teams
• Works successfully with limited supervision
• Has an eye for details
