Main purpose of position is to provide technical support ,regarding laboratory and analytical instruments,in Polish and English language for dealer network via telephone and email.

Main tasks are:
- Providing technical support for dealers and end users in all technical aspects - applications documentations and product information for laboratory equipment.
- Being point of contact for Sales Support Center , Accounting Department and Dealers regarding orders, shipments and complains
- Supporting and prepareing the administration in relation to CRM, products’ repairs and payment remainders
