Job specification:
- Being a single point of contact for advanced questions and L2/L3 issues encountered by existing Clients
- Ensuring high level of Client support during the long-term partnership with company
- Investigating business/software queries from the Clients and leading the process of addressing them successfully
- Depending on the experience, Technical Analyst addresses more basic or advanced cases individually, while the more complex issues are done in cooperation with other members of the Support/Cloud, Professional Services, or Product Development teams to find appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Positive Client-oriented approach
- Solid analytical abilities
- Strong teamwork approach and abilities
- Sufficient skills with SQL to analyse/debug advanced data processing logics and write basic but high-quality SQL scripts
- At least intermediate skills in Windows servers’ administration (commands, batch scripting, troubleshooting).
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English (B2+ level)
- Advanced listening and communication skills
