Scope
Within Global Competence Centre Post Trade ICT Services our client is providing a service model and organization to achieve synergies & scale effects and to increase quality & efficiency. One of main duties is the responsibility for all CALYPSO environments for OTC Derivatives and Securities (Middle Office, Back Office, Accounting platform). The team is located in Munich and Warsaw, customers are globally distributed. For the monitoring of productive systems, Our client has a dedicated team, which is providing 1 stlevel support services in a 3-shift model. To further guarantee the quality of services our Client is looking for a technical analyst to join support team in Warsaw.
Tasks
- Daily monitoring of our productive treasury systems in a 3-shift model
- Incident and ticket management - Solving/dispatching of incidents and production requests
- End-of-Day- / end-of-month- processing
- Communication with all involved stakeholders incl. business
- Close cooperation with other support units and application teams
- Support application teams in production releases
Required technical skills
- Proven experience in 1st level support and incident management tools & processes (e.g. HPSM, REMEDY)
- Practical experience with operating systems (UNIX/LINUX)
- Good knowledge of SQL and bash scripting
- Knowledge of Oracle-database
- Experience with Job control systems (e.g. OPC/JCL)
- Knowledge of Calypso architecture, knowledge about Calypso APIs (Java)
Required soft/other skills
- +2 years professional experience
- Willingness to perform shift-work
- Strong team player with very good communication skills
- Capability to work under time and task pressure
- Demonstrate accountability and proactive, independent work style
- Capability to work goal oriented
- Stress resistant
- Fluent English
