On behalf of our Client, multinational company providing innovative cashless payments solutions,we are looking for a person to hold the position of the Team Leader of Premium Customer Services team with English and German.
The person on this position will be responsible for managing 10-persons Premium Customer Services team,responsible for cooperation with company’s key Clients. As Team Leader the person on this position will handle all people related tasks,eg. managing workload, determining and filling recruitment and training needs, mentoring, evaluating, holding escalations, etc. The Team Leader will ensure that the Client portfolio in scope is managed properly and with the highest standard possiblein accordance with company’s standards and working procedures.
We are looking for a qualified manager with approximately 3-6 years of relevant, managerial experience,able to effectively coordinate and motivate team members and plan actions to respond business needs at the same time. The person on this position should be very well organised and highly communicative individual with a great command of English and German.
