Your role:

Accountability for a team of personnel administration specialists;
Management of the team activities;
Verifying if a company procedures and standards are followed;
Providing quality monitoring, coaching, performance and career development reviews;
Managing and motivating the team;
Ensuring that the team performs effectively;
Strong cooperation with the team and other company departments.

Our expectations:

At least 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leading role, preferably in customer service or HR;
Proficient English and Polish (min. C1 each);
Proactivity and decision making skills;
Good understanding of an employee life-cycle;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred;
Positive and team-oriented attitude;
Good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook).
