As a Collection Team Leader you will be responsible for managing 10 people team – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, organising and supervising day to day operational activities in the area of Collection, supervising monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing, ensuring team performance; providing 1-2-1s and more.
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to speak English (C1) and have experience in Collection processes or Customer Service, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment, and also min. 1 year of experience as a Team Lead/Team Coordinator and MS Office package knowledge. We are looking for true passionate that likes working with people and is looking for a professional environment that will help him grow.
