TAX Manager
On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a newly created position of Tax Manager.
Responsibilities:
- provide a comprehensive, professional tax advisory & tax monitoring service to all polish entities
- ensure that the Polish group companies complies with current tax legislation (corporate income tax / deferred tax, VAT law, transfer pricing legislation, excise duty law, withholding tax)
- liaise with External Tax Advisors and consider, report on, and implement where appropriate, any tax planning initiatives/ opportunities
- advise senior management and central Tax Organization of the tax implications of any business transaction, proposal or strategy as appropriate
- deliver daily support for Sales Organization to ensure the business operations comply with tax law
- manage and guide the local Tax Team, arrange in-house tax communications and staff training as required
- manage internal and external controls & audits related to taxes
- prepare requests for individual tax rulings
Requirements from Candidate:
- at least 5 years tax advisory experience (in preferably big 4 accountancy firm)
- 5 years industry experience in corporate tax
- knowledge of the SAP environment
- excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external personnel
- ability to manage and motivate a professional tax team in a changing environment
- professional Finance & Tax qualification
- very good English is a must.
