Tax Consulting Manager, Mergers & AcquisitionsMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Major responsibilities:
Conducting, coordinating or managing projects in the area of M&A tax consultancy for local and international clients
Preparing opinions and various types of documentation in the field of tax law in Polish and English
Building customer relationships and developing sales of consultancy services
Ongoing consultancy in the field of tax law
Managing the professional development of younger colleagues
Cooperation with other departments as part of professional client service
Key requirements:
Professional experience in tax consulting and practical knowledge of tax law (esp. in the area of M&A and CIT)
Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or other related fields
Experience in writing tax opinions, both in Polish and English
Relevant professional qualification would be an advantage
Highly developed analytical, communication and cooperation skills
Full professional fluency in English
