For our Client, a leading global production company, we are looking for the person to hold the position of a Talent Resourcer in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities
As a Talent Resourcer you will join an internal HR department where you will be responsible for actively resourcing candidates through direct sourcing. A person on this position will be in charge of advertising positions internally and externally, conducting initial screening for candidates and conducting market research on recruitment trends. The Talent Resourcer will also have a chance to take part in other recruitment activities such as: assessment centres or job fairs.
Our requirements
To be a good Candidate for this position you need to have at least one year of experience in recruitment and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone with very good English skills (both written and spoken). A perfect Candidate is someone who is highly organised and can handle working under time pressure.
