ABOUT POSITION
The MarsU Talent Learning Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of logistical and operational support for all relevant MarsU programs across the Europe region.This position is responsible for the flawless execution of all administrative and operational tasks required for the highest quality deployment and delivery of talent learningactivities, this role ensures that MarsU programs, products and services are organized to the highest quality. It is a role that demands focus on continuous improvement of processes with high levels of customer service to colleges, learners etc.
You will be accountable for:
• Organize and manage demand planning processes for the region, or function programs related to talent,manage associate registration and coordination required to deliver against regionally/globally organized programs
• Ensure the highest efficiency of logistics and organization to enable quality learning program delivery and experiences in multiple learning formats (face to face, virtual programs)
• Manage all materials, vendors liaison and organization in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure the highest quality of learning and customer service
• Develop and execute logistical plans for each program and initiative
• Assist MarsU Managers to manage internal facilitators including selection, set-up of mutually beneficial service contract and monitoring of the implementation.
• Responsible for recommending process improvements.
• Managing the development budget of MarsU.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will demonstrate impeccable English language skillsas well as ability to cooperate with the associates from different departments and organization levels.
