We are looking for a person for 12 months (substitution work) for the position of Talent  Coordinator (HR)

Job Tasks:

• Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and post-interview debrief meetings
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate accurate and seamless coordination
• Create a meaningful candidate experience through effective and timely communication
• Triage ad-hoc issues, such as scheduling conflicts, interviewer delays/no shows, and day-of technical hitches
•  Support inter-team and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish and English language
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Human Resources Coordinator or in Administration (using English)
• Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Zoom or willingness to learn them
• Possess outstanding oral/written communication, organization, and attention to detail  
• Channel creative and proactive approaches to problem-solving
• Ability to build and maintaining strong relationships
• Striving to optimize processes and increase operational efficiencies 

Offer:

• 100% remote work
• Salary in the range of PLN 7,000-8,000 gross/month, the amount of salary depends on the skills and experience of a candidate
