For our client global leader in animal health we are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist with German.Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Accountable for the end to end recruitment process ensuring proper requisition management.
- Works closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers, HR, candidates, vendors (e.g. agencies). Ensures a high level of candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Provides expertise and guidance around the recruitment process, shares market insights, proposes sourcing strategy and gives regular feedback and follow up on the process to the Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
- Analyses job requirements and qualifies candidates by conducting virtual interviews according to processes.
- Plans, proposes and applies sourcing strategies and tactics used to recruit quality candidates, including leveraging of social media channels as relevant in accordance with sourcing strategy.
- Adheres to internal processes, keeps the applicant tracking system up to date, meets KPI's, quarterly and annual goals and other performance metrics.
What you need to do now
- Hands-on experience in recruitment area, ideally with end to end recruitment process.
- Fluent German (C1+) and at least very good English (B2+).
- Practical experience working on various sourcing techniques to identify top talent, incl. direct search.
- Splendid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Readiness to work in a dynamic, international environment and to take part in improvement projects of the existing processes and tools.
- Passion, curiosity, analytical skills, accountability.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
