For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Tableau Team Lead
Location: remote
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 months
Rate: 130-140 PLN/h net on B2B
About client: pharma company
Methodology: SAFe - Scaled agile
Project: Preparing reports related to the marketing campaigns on various platforms, analyzing traffic on the client's webpages and microservices, cooperation with backend teams in terms of data.

Project: Preparing reports related to the marketing campaigns on various platforms, analyzing traffic on the client's webpages and microservices, cooperation with backend teams in terms of data.
What will you do:
- Collecting requirements regarding reports from Business Owner, designing mockups, aligning scope of work with Product Owner; Leading team of 2-3 Tableau developers, sharing tasks, planning work of the team
- Testing and approving work of front end team
- Providing requirements to the backend team regarding the data, aligning on data requirements
- Development of the reports in Tableau

What we expect from you:
- Min 2,5 year experience in development of reports (Tableau)
- Experience in collaboration with the client and gathering requirements;
- Well organised ;
- Experience in leading and sharing work for a team of 2-3 developers
