T24 Project Manager

Location: Warsaw

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Participate in our clients Temenos implementation/enhancement on business and technical domain;
Provide guidance to team members;
Constantly managing stakeholders

Our team:

As part of our Temenos COE team, you will work with our customers and our own consultants in accompanying projects throughout their entire life cycle. As a principal consultant, your remit will cover end to end in a COE center in the Temenos suite.
In our Academy, you will have to train, enable and facilitate other more junior resource.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Frot-to back responsibility for the project implementation and team management;
Leading/Subject Matter Expert on functional / technical streams in implementation / enhancement / upgrade of Temenos products
Analyzing requirements and designing / proposing software solutions
Reviewing / Writing business and technical specifications
Reviewing / Performing parameterization and customization of various core banking software modules
Reviewing, designing and developing user interfaces
Reviewing, designing and executing manual and automated test cases
Reviewing and providing technical and/or functional expertise and support for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting project / programme managers in project planning & project strategies

SKILLS

MUST

Minimum 15 yrs in Temenos Transact implementation projects or support
Must be technically or techno functionally capable in Temenos Transact
General Temenos Transact technical knowledge (eg : tafc, tafj, integration framework, upgrade)
Temenos modules (AA/TF/LC/MM/FX/CORE/FT/TPH/GL/AC/Fee/PW/SC/DX/SY/SW/ND/LD/TT)
Functional / business area ( client life cycle management / KYC / Treasury / Securities / core / accounting / Derivatives / teller/payment)
Experience in managing of 3+ T24 projects (e.g. upgrade, implementation, migration)
Fluent in Agile and Waterfall SDLC
Proven experience in fixed-price projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in people management
