For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of: Support Engineer

Location: Warsaw
Job type: contract B2B - long term cooperation
Rate: to negotiations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 year of experience with systems & applications administration.
  • Manage service centers processes in terms of intelligent routing of all customer contact channels like telephony, USSD, SMS, WEB etc
  • Experience with analysis of IVR application requirements, routing, queuing and targeting strategies
  • Perform administration, configuration of Voice Object and Genesys systems
  • Asset management and inventory are kept up to date
  • Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives.
  • Identify applications and systems that require updates and coordinate the implementation with the business owner.
  • Analyze issues and performance problems that impact the ability to conduct business Break/Fix Support.
  • Prepare and produce root cause analysis reports.
  • Collaborate with customer subject matter expertise and external partners for installing customer/vendor certified patches.
  • Create installation and troubleshooting documentation, when necessary.
  • Programming with an understanding of the business reporting requirements and providing support to operations to understand or interpret reporting metrics and service levels.
  • Performs routine system administration and maintenance on local or remote locations with no impact to the business.
  • Participate in 24/7 support and on-call rotation, including incident management duties.
  • Willingness to work after-hours to support solution deployment / migration, testing and defect resolution under specific client SLAs and timelines.

Knowledge/Experience:
  • Supports the telephony infrastructure including: Voice Object and Genesys (nice to have), and various Call Center applications.
  • Voice over IP principles and PBX functionality
  • Nice to have: Genesys skills (in the context of Customer Interaction Management solutions)
  • Bachelor or Master in computer science or comparable education
  • Strong IT-base knowledge in the areas OS, DBMS, MS SQL Server, architecture, protocols, network technologies and infrastructure
