Our Client, an international organization, a globally recognized brand, due to expansion on the polish market is looking for a few procurement talents. There is a role of Sourcing Manager available. This is the role where you can truly make your own mark and bring new ideas to help create a step change in the approach to the Procurement for the Company. The position will be located in Gdynia or in Warsaw (the company has presence in both cities).
As a Sourcing Manager, you will work mostly within IT Category. This role has responsibility for delivering significant IT procurement projects within the organization, contributing to the overall IT procurement strategy. You will act as key advisor on all procurement matters to senior stakeholders, and will interact with internal stakeholders up to Board level in connection with IT procurement projects and spend. You will deliver major IT procurement projects and ensure that compliant processes are conducted, Value for Money is achieved and business outcomes are delivered.
The successful candidate will have a few years proven experience in a Purchasing role and will demonstrate purchasing/ procurement competence and successful negotiation skills within IT Category. The relevant experience and the right "hands on" attitude will take the lead on this. With experience in reviewing & negotiating, commercial terms and conditions you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a demonstrable ambition to develop a long-term career path in procurement. Fluency in English is a must.
