Solution Specialist
Lokalizacja: WarszawaOur client is one of the most recognizable FMCG companies in the world. Currently, we are looking for a candidate who will join the team as a Solution Specialist. The person employed in this position will be responsible for identifying and solving problems related to order entry, order capture and order creation, proposing and implementing improvements, supporting daily business needs in order to achieve the best results, acting as a point of contact and expert for all issues and questions related to master data management, serving as Interface between Customer Service team and IT team, everyday work in SAP - analysis of existing system processes, suggesting improvements, performing tests and implementing new functionalities and training of employees in this area.

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, planning, sales or logistics area
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of SAP nad MS Excel
- Results and customer oriented
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Fluent in Polish and English (B2)
- Knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian, Czech or German would be an asset
