Software and Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Answering internal and external customers inquiries regarding problems related to software and company’s systems, mainly by phone
• Being responsible for information and knowledge transfer, support for product updates
• Quality monitoring, supporting sales representatives and the field service
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, complaint management
• Cooperating with members from international teams and taking over responsibility for the implementation of individual projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT systems, business software (e.g. MS Office) and documentation tools (CRM)
• Good command of English (B2 level) - necessary for training abroad, cooperation with foreign branches and for reading documentation
• Driving license B

• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to build good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to set priorities and working under time pressure
