ServiceNow Delivery Manager
We are looking for a person who will act as a Delivery Manager / Service Responsible for ServiceNow global service and manage maintenance activities as well as cooperate with Business Units.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivery of global ServiceNow service, day-to-day maintenance activities and periodic status reporting
- Managing changes to the global service
- Cooperation with Business Units representatives and projects
- Cooperation and supervision of maintenance partner (external company) and global architect for ServiceNow
- Monitoring vendor roadmap and maintaining roadmap of changes coming from Business Units, providing periodic updates to global forums and councils
- Engage with Business Units using the ServiceNow platform to understand the challenges and give guidance to maintain the integrity of the common platform
- Planning and leading improvement activities
- Reporting licenses usage and support service budgeting process
- The role might involve some travel to Business Units locations
Skills & Competences:
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform and releases, modules and functionalities
- Experience with different setup of ServiceNow platform e.g. Scoped Applications setup
- Must understand ServiceNow licensing model
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to describe complex technical challenges to non-IT people
- Ability to learn quickly new emerging solutions and technologies using pre-release documentation and technical white papers
- Ability to follow and execute ITIL based processes
Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalency
- 3+ years in service delivery manager role
- ServiceNow platform management
