Our Client– a new start-up in Warsaw is looking for experienced Team Leaders to build internal General Ledger Accounting Team. If you great in coordinating other people’s work, this might be the perfect professional opportunity for you! The new team will support accounting processes for EMEA region. Build a new growing team - share your ideas and make impact from the first day!
In your new role you will be responsible forleading a team consisting of around 9 members and support them with your operational experience and knowledge when required. Moreover, you will be in charge of monitoring whole process including meeting deadlines according to SLAs and Process Lead directives. Working in this position you will identify opportunities for process improvement and you will work with Process Lead and Process Excellence Manager to introduce changes
You need to have:around 6 years of General Ledger Accounting experience with 2-3 years in a leadership role. You should be able to manage time-dependent critical processes and make quick decisions as well as provide effective direction of individuals with different backgrounds in a transactional Finance context. We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills and well-developed interpersonal skills. Additionally, as you will be part of a global organization, you should have advanced level of Englishand Germanlanguage (at least B2).
