Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring suppliers understand company’s requirements
- Making sure suppliers are onboarded accordingly to prequalification procedures
- Liaising with non-progressing suppliers to achieve on-time vetting completion
- Escalating non-progressing suppliers to relevant stakeholders and resolve onboarding delays
- Validating information against on-boarding and compliance criteria
- Facilitating country progress meetings to ensure compliance target level is achieved
- Assessing and analyse the risk profile of supply chain and qualify onboarding of suppliers
- Coordinating and resolve red flags and any other issues
- Providing trainings and acting as mentor for Junior Analysts
- Producing periodic reports and analysing data
Ideal experience
We are looking to hire Candidate with:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk control and mitigation, supply chain compliance, proficiency in sourcing risk domains
- Strong execution skills according defined business rules
- Hands-on experience with compliance requirements of suppliers
- Knowledge of legal compliance requirements
- Knowledge of non-compliance risk assessment
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management experience
- Excellent communication & language skills
- Service & goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Coupa risk assess solutions is considered as an advantage
