Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Making sure suppliers are onboarded to prequalification solution
- Call suppliers and trouble shoot supplier nonprogress
- Escalate supplier non-progress to relevant stakeholders and resolve onboarding bottlenecks
- Validate supplier provided information against compliance criteria
- Facilitate country progress meetings to ensure 100% prequalification compliance achieved
- Assess and analyze the risk profile of supply chain and qualify onboarding of suppliers
- Train and act as mentor for Junior Supplier Compliance Analysts
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to hire Candidate with:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk control and mitigation, Proficiency in responsible sourcing risk domains
- Strong execution skills according defined business rules
- Hands-on experience with compliance requirements of suppliers
- Knowledge of legal compliance requirements
- knowledge of Non-compliance risk assessment
- Knowledge of risk solutions (e.g. Coupa risk assess & risk aware)
- Communication & language skills (if you know any of these languages, it is an added advantage – Turkish, Czech, Finish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, French, German
- Service & goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Coupa risk assess solutions considered an advantage
