Your new role
As a Senior Payroll & Benefit Operations Specialist you will coordinate the payroll processes for Germany and Switzerland, collect data to prepare payroll, support local P&O team, ensure payroll compliance with local and legal standards, produce salary payments, response to payroll queries raised by HR and/or employees and optimise payroll operational processes and services.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience in payroll operations and expert knowledge within German or/and Swiss payroll, fluency in German and English languages (every additional is a plus) and experience in the field of mobility and equity. We are looking for a person who accepts challenges and who is willing to learn. You must have good knowledge of SAP, Excel and have an experience with any ticketing system.
