Senior Order Management Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor our Client well known company which is working in area of Finance and new technologies we are looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist with German language. This is newly created project which includes transition we are building new team in structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking of Orders and creating orders in the ERP system;
- Handling customer requests and providing information to them
- Follow-up on pending items
- Updating ERP regarding clients, supplies, pricing
- Gathering information from logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries;
- Offering resolutions for internal updating requests: credit/debit notes, reimbursements;
- Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system information;
- Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient;
- Preparing the relevant documents for the orders (export, transport, customs);
- Solving issues regarding damaged goods, shipment delayed, return transports,
- Handling any issues, looking for solutions along with all the parties involved
- Proposing resolution for streamlining activities and taking part in projects to implement these ideas
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in international environment (experience in logistic/ scm department/order management)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong process knowledge and business orientation
- Strong motivation to work in people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
