We are currently looking for an efficient Senior HR Coordinator who will be responsible for providing operational support mainly to HR Partners and employees from Canada and EU countries. The candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and be familiar with some basic labor regulations of a respective region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking care of regional program services (onboarding, offboarding, workforce management, system updates and reporting; benefits and payroll)
  • Liaising with HR Partners to deliver timely and quality service with agreed KPI
  • Taking accountability for the continuous improvement in HR team based on observations and input; implementation of new ideas on streamlining of the processes,
  • Consulting the management in order to identify and analyze the current and future business issues and needs
  • Managing employees’ inquiries and complaints related to HR Supporting other functions  if necessary

We expect:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and French is a must
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in general Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits
  • Knowledge of Italian/ German will be an asset
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work and learn in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
