Currently for our client, pharmaceutical company with an office in Warsaw, we are looking for Senior HR Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)
What will you be doing?
In this position you will be responsible for delivering high quality job analysis and evaluation, pay benchmarking, analysis of Compensation & Benefit surveys and annual salary budgeting data, providing analytical supporting respect of Global C& B plans, monitoring and providing input as to overall cost efficiencies of the C&B COE to maximize value to company and Employees.
Who are we looking for?
You need to be experienced of running cyclical compensation processes with a continuous improvement mindset. You should understand compensation and performance management practices across different regions and the impact on the use of compensation data. You should have previous experience of different benefit provisions, monitoring cost and financial impact of provision and competitiveness of package. You will be able to communicate fluently in English and you have experience of using excel and database management.
