For our Client, a global company, we are looking for Senior HR Agent who will join a Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
Your new role
This role is accountable for support day-to-day maintenance of HR Service Center in the EMEA and possibly APAC and US/LATAM. This role is responsible for providing resolution of HR queries to managers, HR Partners and employees to ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence. The Senior HR Agent is the first line of support (Tier 1) for all HR-related inquiries and is responsible for high-volume transactions throughout the employee lifecycle. As a subject matter expert the person should partner with line managers on more complex HR matters and be able to handle escalated issues and challenges from the team.

What you'll need to succeed
- fluent English (additional language, Spanish, German, French, Italian is an asset),
- 2+ years of experience in HR or Shared Service Operations in international environment,
- experienced with HR tools (ticketing systems, internal HR Systems; knowledge of WorkDay and ServiceNow is an asset),
- ability to develop, implement and maintain processes based on industry best practices,
- excellent attention to details; proven planning and organizational skills,
- people-centric mindset,
- demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively and collaboratively with various business partnerships, regions, and cultures,
- excellent customer service and communication skills,
- strong problem solving and decision-making skills,
- ability to drive change, influence and build excellent professional relations with stakeholders in various roles and levels of management,
- understanding of policy intent with knowledge of when exceptions should be applicable,
- supportive, committed and enthusiastic team player,
- ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
