Project:
Sales and service platform for clients
Types of services provided by the platform: viewing and updating of personal data, conclusion of an insurance contract with online payment, access to insurance contracts and documents related to the insurance contract, remote processing of insurance contracts, access to claims data and information on the status of their settlement, access to quotes, verification of identity with myID services or mOcitizen application, purchase of medical services and examinations, viewing of medical records and test results.
Platform development conducted internally in the spirit of Agile, agile teams, bi-weekly sprints, 6 major production releases per year.
Architecture - Self-service application is a quasi-monolith (two frontend modules, multiple backend modules integration between them via REST, integration with REST and SOAP environment - modules depend on each other and require each other for smooth operation.
The upcoming challenges of the development backlog in the channel: making available a new version of the Auto and Home product sales path, building a marketplace, digitizing the after-sales service (e.g., handling vehicle disposal instructions), enriching the view of owned products (e.g., with individually continued products).
Scope of work performed:
- Designing and agreeing on technical assumptions for the implementation of a developmental change in the system
- Valuation of labor intensity of changes in information systems
- Implementation of changes in the functionality of the system in accordance with the project and standards and good practices
- Reviewing code provided by other developers (primarily for compliance with jointly adopted standards)
- Diagnosis, analysis and removal of programming errors
- Programming support during implementation of solutions
- Performance optimisation and stabilisation of implemented solutions
- Striving to ensure ease of development and maintenance of manufactured products, identifying and acting to eliminate technical debt of the system
- Maintenance of implemented solutions (diagnosis and repair of production problems)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of technologies: Angular 2+, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS, SASS, Karma, Jasmine, Jes
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST standards
- Knowledge of GIT version control systems
- Knowledge of tools (application development): Maven, NPM, Node
- Knowledge of issues and tools in CI/CD areas (Jenkins, Ansible)
- Knowledge of issues and tools from development areas (BitBucket, Sonar, Nexus)
- Knowledge of issues and tools from the areas of fault diagnosis and analysis (Kibana, Elasticsearch)
- Education: higher education with IT profile is welcome
- Knowledge of issues and tools from the areas of knowledge repository (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of UML language (understanding and working with documentation in this language)
- Knowledge of good practices of the software development process
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM is welcome)
Experience:
- Min. 5 years of experience as a developer in commercial projects - Angular
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Front-end developer in commercial projects or in web/mobile application development
- Min 2 years of experience as a developer working in an agile model
