For our client, a company from the commercial real estate industry, we are looking for Candidates for the position Senior Financial Analyst based in Warsaw.
To act as leading analyst of the Integrator Services Team across EMEA Region (Transaction Management, Project Management, Sourcing, Financial Management and Facilities Management) . To bring challenging ideas and strong business acumen. We are looking for ambitious individual who is keen to take on challenges of delivering the best services to the rapidly changing requirements of the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor for clients, service providers, on real estate strategy across EMEA Region
- Support the Team in their day-to-day activities: data analysis, financial modelling (NPV, GAAP, P&L, Cash Flow forecast and scenario comparisons) and business analysis
- Evaluate and analyze a variety of financial data related to capital expenditures, depreciation, commercial proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements etc. requiring advanced expertise
- Manage timings on input requirements from stakeholders for Business Cases and Financial Analysis, run follow up work progress sessions,
- Manage contributing Tier 1s, Integrator Team members and SPM’s (Senior Portfolio Manager” and PM’s (Portfolio Manager) during business case development process
- Supporting the Team in their day-to-day information needs and database updates (project-related inquires, project tracking)
- Take ownership of the financial acumen in EMEA for TM/PM activities, costs benchmarking, manage PM capex benchmarking process and database accuracy
- Create and present financial models for all EMEA sub-regional master plans with values reaching $500M+ to senior management team. Investigate synergies between business groups, prepare scenario simulations to support key P&L drivers for specific areas. As a part of portfolio optimization process, identify expansion, growth and relocation opportunities through Master Planning activities and support initial business case development, final business cases and Presentation of Options in Senior Management Deck through financial and commercial due diligence.
- Be ready to challenge senior managers and be challenged by them when delivering recommendation
- Driving innovations/process enhancements
If you have:
- Finance & Accounting / Economics / Econometrics background
- Real estate experience would be an asset
- Financial modelling experience
- Work on proposals or business cases desirable
- Excellent English essential (at least (90% of your time you will be communicating in English)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient Excel skills (Lookups, pivot tables, if/sum if statements – as a minimum)
