Senior Digital Support Operations Manager
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our Clients, a big energetic company from the US, we are looking for Senior Digital Operations Support Manager who will be responsible for:
Driving the delivery of the solutions, leading a cross functional team in the deployment and support of a portfolio of Software Engineering, Robotics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives released into production. He/She will provide global leadership to the Digital Support Operations team by leading a team of Software Deployment experts, Commercial Support Engineers, while coordinating with IT and Cloud infrastructure specialists. This position will discern and prioritize the deployment of the Global Digital Product Roadmap across the organization and report out to executive management and digital partners.
Requirements:
- Expert understanding of agile software deployment and deep experience leading digital transformation teams (Disciplines Agile Delivery experience preferred)
- Proficient in interacting with cross-functional groups to support consensus outcome/decision within a Disciplined Agile methodology
- Proven ability to lead the delivery of iterative solutions that drive from ideation to full scale customer deployments
- Experience leading the moderation of team dynamics and achieving results through influence
- Extensive background in leveraging customer and team feedback, moderating communication between two or more teams or functional areas, and in navigating interoffice dynamics to encourage and help attain beneficial outcomes
- Experience executing under rigorous Objective and Key Results (OKRs) implementation
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
- Experience in how to apply different techniques to optimize the team's effectiveness when developing in an Agile framework (for example, various Burndown technologies, differing retrospective, sprint planning and DSU meeting formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- Experience with removing blockers for teams and acting as a champion for a cross-functional team or department
