For our client, a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist.
For this role, you would be expected to be located in Warsaw.
A Day in the Life:
• Constant maintenance and care to provide the best possible support for the company's customers
• Key contact in the coordination and communication about deliveries with customers & sales
• Responsible for issue resolution and reactive communication towards the customer, including coordination of the issues especially with back office teams
• Responsible for logging a dispute when applicable, monitoring resolution and assist in resolving the issue
• Responsible for exceptional emergency order management flow
• Contribute to process improvement / standardization (internal/external)
Must haves:
• Experience in Customer Service area
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Fluency in Polish and English languages (both written & spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
