Senior Business Consultant - position in a growing international department

Main responsibilities

• Developing full-scale project plans and managing project development from beginning to end
• Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; establishing and maintaining good working relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Ensuring that project meets its deliverables in established business goals, schedule, budget and quality; monitoring and reporting on progress
• Diagnosing and evaluating potential risks and issues throughout the project; acting as an escalation point for problems and complaints
• Providing knowledge and expertise in one or more of the business areas: project management, change management, financial processes / supply chain processes, IT & analytics tools
• Cooperating with the IT Team in identifying the appropriate technical requirements and tools (assisting in a needs analysis and in matching user needs to system capabilities)
• Developing transformation plans for existing and new clients

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Consulting (preferably in SSC / BPO / ITO sector)
• Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level)
• Economics / Business / Finance / Computer Science / Engineering / Supply Chain educational background is highly desirable
• Project Management certificate, e.g PMI, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in technical project management in a high-technology environment is desirable
• Knowledge of tools, systems and technologies in at least one of the below.: ERP systems / Robotic Process Automation / AI / cloud infrastructure / BI / EDI / SQL / Tableau (implementation management/consulting experience in at least of one of such areas is highly desirable)
• Availability for business trips is a must
