Responsibilities:
- Works as a member of a consulting team on Company’s product implementations
- Works with customer business and IT teams during all project implementation phases
- Act as a functional expert and participates in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
- Implements, configures, tunes Company’s product to given functional specifications in the implementation, carries out tasks towards modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers’ business objectives
- Develops and executes test scripts to ensure the implemented Company’s software meets agreed acceptance criteria
- Provides training and leadership to small implementation teams (internal or customer) as necessary
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and strong business knowledge of the overall S&OP process or several of its elements is a must (across demand management, contract manufacturing, process manufacturing, factory planning and scheduling, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfillment)
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Manufacturing-type companies (e.g. FMCG, CPG, high-tech, consumer electronics, metals, automotive, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications such as: i2/Manugistics/JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, Quintiq, or similar internal systems
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe as required (typically 50%-75% of business days, usually Monday-Thursday on the majority of weeks throughout the year)
- Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written (B2+/C1)
- Right to live and work in the European Union
