Your next role
You will be an essential part of the Global BI team and Pandora’s extended BI community. You will work closely with the BI Applications team to ensure that data is converted efficiently to business insights and to self-service solutions as well in order to maximise value to end-users.
As a part of a growing team, you will have a chance to influence the culture and working tools, as well as work together with front-end and back-end developers from Denmark, India, USA and Thailand.
Your primary focus will be design and implementation of new BI user stories on Pandora’s global BI platform as well as managing ownership of existing solutions. You will build and own scalable solutions in close collaboration with business consultants and other developers utilizing the MSBI integration and analytics toolbox.

Your next role

Furthermore, you will:
- Obtain relevant business and system knowledge to convert requirements efficiently to technical design documentation
- Design and deliver user stories on the global PANDORA BI platform according to global release plan and in adherence to guidelines from solution architect
- Be able to switch between hands-on development and enable deliveries to be managed by offshore development partner
- Own your solutions and track that they deliver the requested benefits
- Work with stakeholders and teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
- Participate in key projects as a tech expert
- Follow best practices and existing guidelines

What you’ll need to succeed
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience working as a BI back-end developer
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in building and delivering enterprise level data warehouse or analytical solutions
- Technical expertise with dimensional modelling, integrations & ETL, data warehouse designs, multi-dimensional and tabular cubes, data quality monitoring and documentation
- Experience with the MSBI stack such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MDS, T-SQL
- Experience in working in global and data rich company
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with DAX and MDX
- Experience with Azure data and analytics components
- Experience of working in Agile development process
- Relevant education within Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
