Key responsibility is to manage the project teams on a number of specific projects from inception to completion on site. At the beginning the main responsibility will be to work on a concept design projects. The Concept Design Director will have a possibility to develop within the company and to get a responsibility for the whole polish business.
The successful Candidate will have the ability to present a broader understanding of design across a variety of mixed use sector. The ideal candidate should have gained a variety of project experience across mixed use or complicated projects (minimum two projects in construction phase). The Candidate we are looking for should have an eye for design but with the ability to project manage and should have strong communication skills and an outgoing and creative personality, daring to think out-of-the-box. A degree in Architecture and a relevant international work experience is required. The Candidate who will obtain a job will have an ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work schedule and ability to work on a few projects at one time. We are looking for results-oriented person with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
