We are now starting a new greenfield project and are looking for a Senior Analyst to participate in this effort.
Senior Analyst

- Ensure cyber security assessment consistency
- Communicate clear instructions to analysts and listen to their feedback
- Contribute to assessment model performance
- Coach, facilitate, solve work-related problems of analysts
- Observe and relay training needs to your manager
- Help keeping the team focused and on track
Qualifications
What a candidate needs to have to qualify:
- Communicates effectively
- Has a good interaction with internal clients and a good working relationship with collaborators and team members
- Is creative and knows how to innovate by finding new and effective solutions
- Allows team members to better embrace change
- Demonstrates cooperation and teamwork
- Is able to deal with crisis situations and manage conflicts
- Motivates and inspires team members
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of information technology
- Ability to analyze technical documentation
- Ability to mentor team members at all level of seniority
